My mission is to help people live their best lives by putting them back in touch with their bodies. I work a lot with Autistic and ADHD clients in small groups and 1:1 training as we tend to struggle in a general class due to needing more detailed information and assistance.
ADHD in particular responds well to physical activity and exercise can be a huge part of symptom management for neurodivergent people.
Private classes are available for up to 4 people at my studio in Dereham, at the studio you get individual attention and tips to really help you achieve your goals.

My innovative “Stick Em Up Fitness” programme transforms mobility aids into versatile exercise equipment. Whether you use walking sticks, crutches, or simply want to try something new, these tools provide stability, resistance, and fun in your workout.
This approach makes fitness accessible for all mobility levels while building functional strength for everyday activities.
I offer personalised coaching that combines movement practice with supportive conversation to improve both physical and mental wellbeing. Drawing on my unique background in finance and fitness, I help neurodivergent individuals prevent burnout and develop sustainable wellness routines.
My approach meets you exactly where you are and adapts to your specific needs, sensory preferences, and goals.

Experience focused, attentive training in small groups of up to 4 people in my Dereham studio. These private classes blend elements of yoga and Pilates but are fully customised to each group’s specific needs and abilities.
The small setting creates a safe space for neurodivergent individuals to learn proper technique without overwhelming sensory stimulation or social pressure.
Yes. I find I am best at working with people whose brains are wired similarly to mine. My experience also means that I am an expert at how neurodivergence affects fitness and physical activity.
No! Self-identification is absolutely valid. If you identify as neurodivergent and want a supportive space to work on your fitness, I am likely to be the right fitness professional for you.
No. Absolutely not! Even if you are currently wheelchair bound or bed bound, there are levels of exercises we can do together to gradually increase your fitness level.
Not at all. People work with me for as long as they need. I don’t offer a coaching “package” because everyone is individual. My entire aim is to teach you not to need me. That may take one session, or you may work with me for a number of sessions over a few months. It is all individual to you and your needs.
