1:1 Coaching

Personalised Wellness Support:
Rebuilding Your Mind & Body for Sustainable Success

My Holistic 1:1 Coaching offer involves working with my clients to improve their physical and mental wellbeing through movement, coaching and conversation. I meet you where you are at, and we explore all aspects of your life, focussing on your wellness as our priority.

Each coaching journey is tailored to your unique needs. We might incorporate elements of yoga, Pilates, strength training, mobility work, or gentle movement exploration – whatever serves your body best. Throughout our sessions, we’ll have meaningful conversations about your patterns, challenges, and goals, creating a safe space for growth.

Neurodivergent people are more likely to be self-employed, but are not taking care of their biggest asset – themselves! We are also more prone to burnout and therefore a strategy for taking care of our physical and mental wellbeing is hugely important.

The neurodivergent brain processes sensory input differently, which can make traditional fitness environments overwhelming. My approach acknowledges these differences and creates adaptable practices that work with your sensory needs rather than against them. We’ll develop sustainable routines that respect your energy levels and sensory thresholds.

I really enjoy working with people who think they are “beyond help” as I am yet to meet someone who actually is. Having been a chartered accountant for over 20 years, and a qualified fitness professional for over 10 years, I have a wide range of skills, both fitness and business related. Once we have worked on your mental and physical wellness, if you choose we can then work on the wellness of your business.

My dual background gives me a unique perspective on both personal and professional wellness. Many of my clients discover that as their relationship with their body improves, their capacity for focus, creativity, and sustainable work practices naturally follows. This integrated approach helps prevent the burnout cycles that are so common among neurodivergent professionals.

If you have an Access to Work grant, please do get in touch to explore how we can work together. I’m experienced in working within this framework and can help you utilise these resources effectively for your wellbeing journey.

Get in Touch

The first step to working with me, is to send me an enquiry!

Please use the form to let me know which way you’re interested in working with me, and a little bit about your current circumstances.

I currently have a waiting list, but will be in touch within a few days to see if we are a good match for working together.

F.A.Q.

Yes. I find I am best at working with people whose brains are wired similarly to mine. My experience also means that I am an expert at how neurodivergence affects fitness and physical activity.

No! Self-identification is absolutely valid. If you identify as neurodivergent and want a supportive space to work on your fitness, I am likely to be the right fitness professional for you.

No. Absolutely not! Even if you are currently wheelchair bound or bed bound, there are levels of exercises we can do together to gradually increase your fitness level.

Not at all. People work with me for as long as they need. I don’t offer a coaching “package” because everyone is individual. My entire aim is to teach you not to need me. That may take one session, or you may work with me for a number of sessions over a few months. It is all individual to you and your needs.
